For more than 50 years Quitman County Arts & Culture has vigorously pursued quality arts programming through support and development of cultural programming and arts education for residents in Quitman County.  We believe the arts are essential to the quality of life of our citizens and to the economic and social health of our communities insure all citizens’ access to the arts.

ARTSpeaks explores the creative communities of Quitman County as they have never seen them before. Via Youtube, QCACM will spotlight theatre, visual arts, dance, music and culture throughout the community and other areas of the World.  ARTSpeaks hopes to pique curiosities and inspire the viewer to visit exhibitions, attend performances or create their own works and become actively involved in the vibrant arts community of Quitman County.
